The Council will be holding it’s annual Landlord’s forum.The housing team will be giving out advice and information to landlords considering letting properties through the Bromley private rented schemes. The meeting will also look at the introduction of mandatory energy performance certificates. This annual event is designed to improve how the Council works with landlords’.
The forum starts off in Committee rooms 2 & 3 where there will be a light refreshment buffet and information stands.
The presentation will take place in the council chamber commencing at 7pm with a welcome address from Councillor Arthur.
