A Local Government website is statutorily required to provide certain content to their customers.  It is also required to have an accessible website in accordance with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and Web Accessibility Initative (WAI).

Usability maximises value to customers and complements website accessibility.  These standards provide guidance on what makes content usable to ensure that our customers have the most productive and seamless online journey whilst visiting the council website.
