- Taking the lead on how content should be managed and displayed on the site, setting website guidelines and standards in conjunction with the rest of the BK Team
- Informing channel managers and channel editors of website developments, standards and procedures
- Main point of contact for staff for website issues and support except for statistics (Information Architect and Analyst), training (Training Co-ordinator) and system problems (System Manager).
