If you are a housing benefit claimant within the London Borough of Bromley, you can view details of your housing benefit account. This service allows you to view details of your housing benefit entitlement and all payments sent to you or your landlord.

If you are a landlord receiving housing benefit on behalf of your tenant, this service allows you to view their entitlement and payment history.

How to access your account online

To gain access to this service you will need to register online. The registration process will include requesting a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will need this PIN to activate your registration the first time you log in.  For your security, your PIN will be posted to your home address, within 5 working days.

If you have not done this yet, you can register here.  Please ensure that you make a note of your user name and password once you have registered as you will need these each time you log in.

When you have received your PIN you can use it to activate your account the first time you log in.

If you have already registered and activated your account, you can log in.
