Although geographically the largest London borough, Bromley has large areas of green belt and parklands. Indeed this is one of its greatest attractions to employers wanting to be based here and employees who enjoy living and working in these pleasant surroundings. However, this also limits the amount of land available for commercial development. Bromley Council aims to identify and maximise use of viable commercial space, wherever possible.
