Working in partnership with Business Focus, Bromley Council has re-launched a scheme to help local businesses develop.  Business Focus will be providing a review to each eligible business, followed by up to three days of specialist mentoring support, if required.

The review will help you to identify threats and opportunities, strengths and weaknesses for your business. More importantly it will help to identify potential growth areas for your business, and help you map out a path to success.

Where additional help is required, Business Focus will provide a mentor to work with you to support the achievement of your business development strategy. This may include providing specialist advice in areas such as sales, marketing and promotion, employment of staff, health and safety, ICT, intellectual property and finance.

Thanks to Council support, the cost of the whole package to a participating business will be £175 + VAT only.

This service is available to any businesses looking to grow, and which:

• is based in the London Borough of Bromley
• has been trading for at least 2 years 
• employs between 3 and 20 people
