Any premises, regardless of the type of property, requires a licence if it is used for the boarding of animals, for example a catteryand kennels. We can provide advice about the application process and relevant contact details.

Details

Licences are granted for one year and are subject to conditions which can include:

  • keeping animals in separate units unless they are from the same household;
  • keeping a register of animals boarded;
  • identifying animals boarded;
  • supervision of animals;
  • temperature maintained;
  • cleanliness;
  • food and water supplied;
  • kitchen facilities;
  • disease control and vaccination;
  • Council and veterinary access.

Cost

The cost of a licence is £273.00. Cheques to be made payable to: "Bromley LB"
