We are responsible for issuing licences to an individual for the following activities. Licences seek to protect members of the public and ensure that licence holders operate within the law.
Licence information for door supervisors or bouncers
If you intend to trade in game such as pheasant, grouse or hare you will need two licences to operate lawfully.
Individuals or societies who wish to hold lotteries must be registered with us before the lottery takes place.
If you intend to sell non-medicinal poisons you must have your name entered on a list held by us.
If you intend to operate as a 'Pools Promoter' you must register with us.
