Would you like to find out what commercial property is currently available in the borough?

The Bromley Commercial Property Database, launched in 2003 and developed in partnership with South London Business, has been making it easy for people to find the business accommodation they need. The database contains information on many hundreds of vacant properties for sale or lease, with details submitted by those commercial property agents most active in the borough. Also included are the properties that are owned and managed by the Council.

Searches can be carried out across the borough or within specific areas (for example in Beckenham or West Wickham & Hayes). The search engine on the site allows users to select properties by type (industrial, retail or office) and by size. A shortlist of potential properties is shown from which users can select to request full sales particulars. A short registration process is required on the first visit, which will then allow the system to dispatch property details by email.

Calling all property agents: we need your vacant properties!

Since the database was launched, thousands of companies and individuals have used the database to search for commercial properties in Bromley and eight other South London boroughs.  A recent survey of a sample of these revealed that 69% were established companies and that 17% have had success in finding a property since being introduced to the database.

If you have vacant commercial properties on your books located in the boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Sutton or Wandsworth, and you are not submitting details to the South London commercial property database, then you are missing out on a valuable marketing opportunity!
