Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
The attached terms and conditions apply to any works, goods or services bought for the London Borough of Bromley (the Council) through an electronic purchase order. These terms and conditions may only be varied by amendments agreed in writing by the Council or stated on the purchase order; these are the only amendments the Council will accept.
