We carry out a continuous monthly programme of customer consultation. We do this by selecting one day a month when all visitors to our office are asked to complete a simple questionnaire. This information is used to improve the service we provide to our customers.

We also carry out other forms of consultation, including questionnaires and telephone surveys on an ad-hoc basis for particular projects.

Any complaints we receive about our service are fully investigated so that improvements can be made.
