Children and Families Voluntary Sector Forum
The Children and Families Voluntary Sector Forum is an umbrella organisation that represents all of the different groups and organisations within the borough who work or volunteer in the voluntary sector with children, young people and/or their families.
Aim of the Forum
The aim of the Forum is:
- To bring all these groups together so that the sector can work in equal partnership with the Trust to make sure that the Every Child Matters outcomes are being met.
- To make sure the Forum’s voice is heard they have representatives on the Trust Board, Trust Strategy Groups and other relevant meetings. These representatives consult with the Forum members to put forward their views.

- You will receive information about training, which is often provided free of charge

- You can network with other organisations
- You will receive information on consultation plans from the Trust
- You will be invited to membership meetings
