We welcome your views on our services and want to involve you in planning how we deliver them in the future.
You can play your part in making Bromley a better place to live and work by letting us know your comments and views.
We also continually monitor feedback we get through our comments and complaints system
Getting it Right to help us identify ways we can improve our services for the future.
From time to time, we ask for views on specific services or issues. We do this through surveys, discussion groups, workshops and public meetings.
This section covers both ongoing exercises (where consultation results and outcomes are being considered by councillors to help them make their decisions) and
recent consultation work that has already been through our decision-making processes.
Place Survey
This month, 4000 Bromley residents will be randomly selected to take part in a national survey about local quality of life and public services; it is a new survey that all local authorities are required to undertake. If you receive one, please fill it in and return it. We want to continue to improve services and your views are vital as we plan for the future. If you don’t receive a survey, there are other ways to let us know what you think. You can attend and ask a question at
council meetings or simply select the feedback button on each page of our website. We’ll bring you news of the survey findings in the New Year.
