General Satisfaction Survey
Our public satisfaction survey keeps track of what residents think about the Council, the services we provide, and how it feels to live in Bromley. We survey our residents annually, but every third year all councils in the country are required to undertake a survey.
The General Satisfaction Survey results for 2007 are published in a summary report below.
