main content Enquiry points

We want to make it as easy and convenient as possible for our customers to deal with us. We aim do this by bringing our services to where they are, and finding ways to overcome barriers such as disability, language or jargon, hours of work, or gaps between the services we are responsible for and those provided by our partners.

Customer enquiry points are located throughout the Civic Centre. They give customers access in a single location to a wide variety of council services.

Customer Service Centre

The main enquiry desk is located at the reception area just inside the Civic Centre entrance.

Planning and Engineering Reception

The planning reception is able to provide information and advice on all aspects of planning and building control from details on the types of development that require planning permission to advice and guidance on preparing and submitting plans and applications.
