Meeting documents are available for all meetings held after 12 May 2004 and in this section you will be able to search and locate agendas, reports and minutes of Council's portfolios and committees.

Some users are experiencing problems viewing committee documents with the Firefox browser. Please use another browser if possible such as Internet Explorer (IE). We are working to resolve this issue, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Changes in January 2010

Starting in January 2010, we are upgrading our Council meeting documents system to make it more accessible and convenient. Agendas and reports for each meeting will be available as a single document in PDF format, rather than as numerous individual documents. This will make navigation within each meeting agenda easier – click on the bookmark icon to the left of the document on the screen to navigate quickly to the report you want to view.
