The Performance Plan sets out the Council's key priorities, our actions for the coming year and our annual performance targets through to 2009. It identifies those actions that form the focus of the Executive’s work. 

Printed copies are available in all libraries, or can be obtained from the Council's Corporate Strategy Team.

How are we performing?

The Council's performance in 2007-08 for the national Best Value Performance Indicator (BVPI) set can be found, along with the performance of other authorities in London, on a shared BVPI report hosted on Google.
