Personal enquiries
We have introduced an appointment system at the Customer Enquiry centre for Housing Benefits and Council Tax. You can book an appointment with our receptionist or by calling 0845 130 0330. If you make an appointment you will be able to come in and avoid queuing.
You will be asked what you want to see us about so that we can advise you what documents to bring with you and so we can answer your queries as quickly as possible.
If you arrive without an appointment our receptionist will be able to tell you when the next time slot is available. You will be able to wait for a cancellation or book the next available time.
