Adopted supplementary planning guidance

The Unitary Development Plan (UDP) sets out the Council’s planning policies and reflects its commitment to improving the quality of the borough’s built environment. The following documents should be read in conjunction with the relevant UDP policies.

Annual monitoring reports and five year housing supply

The annual monitoring reports (also BTCAAP017) are appraisals of how well the Local Development Framework (LDF) policies are working. They are also the means for reporting core indicators set by Central Government. The reports will be used to monitor the effectiveness of policies and will help to show where changes are needed. They are submitted to the Government Office for London, on or before 31 December every year. Please note, the Housing Trajectory 2009-10, has been superseded by the Five year supply of deliverable land for housing paper, agreed by the Council in April 2011. If you would like a copy of any previous reports please contact the Planning Policy team
