Annual monitoring reports and five year housing supply
The annual monitoring reports (also BTCAAP017) are appraisals of how well the Local Development Framework (LDF) policies are working. They are also the means for reporting core indicators set by Central Government. The reports will be used to monitor the effectiveness of policies and will help to show where changes are needed. They are submitted to the Government Office for London, on or before 31 December every year.
Please note, the Housing Trajectory 2009-10, has been superseded by the Five year supply of deliverable land for housing paper, agreed by the Council in April 2011.
