Families Information Service (FIS)
The Families Information Service (FIS) provides quality, impartial information, guidance and support to parents/carers and professionals working with families. The FIS aims to enable families to make informed choices about childcare and other child/family related issues. The FIS will not recommend or endorse individual childcare providers, but will discuss the options in an impartial and non-judgmental manner.
What we do
The FIS is a free and friendly information service for anyone needing support and information regarding childcare and child/family related issues. This includes not only parents and carers but also health visitors and other professionals working with families (such as social workers, teachers etc) and anyone who may be involved with and supporting parents/families.
The FIS aims to provide a comprehensive and confidential information service to all childcare providers within Bromley.
