The timetable for the consultation and decision making processes is as follows:

If proposal to amalgamate approved:

Preparation of Statement of Case and Public Notice |

Publication of Notice and Statement of Case - respondents have six weeks to respond in writing to the Notice |
Mid-October 2008 |

End of six weeks’ response period. If no responses, Bromley Council will proceed with amalgamation and the opening of a new primary school. If written representations are received, the issue is referred to the Schools’ Adjudicator for a decision. |
