Details
Connexions is about linking up the many different services that help young people to make the important decisions that affect their lives. Careers services, youth services, welfare, housing, health and many more organisations are working together to bring young people the best possible start in life.
Through Connexions Partnerships, Connexions provides young people with the
local help and support they need, when they need it, by offering easy access to:
- individual support from a Personal Adviser - someone young people can trust to help them to help themselves make informed and effective choices about their lives;
- relevant information and advice for all young people on a wide range of issues via a website and helpline.
Connexions Personal Advisers are based in schools, colleges, youth organisations and at the Connexions Centre in Bromley.
