Building Notice application and charges
A Building Notice application form and payment form are attached below. You will need to print, complete and return to the address stated.
This Notice can only be used for houses occupied as single private dwellings and you are not building over or within 3m of a Public Sewer. All other premises are subject to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and therefore a full plans application must be submitted.

Please note, our charges, effective from 1st April 2007, are still current.
