Consulting our customers in EHTS
Environmental Health and Trading Standards (EHTS) carry out a continuous monthly programme of customer consultation. This is undertaken by our frontline staff who call 20 customers, at random, every month.
This information is used to improve the service we provide to our customers. We try to learn and improve our service and use comments from dissatisfied customers to do this. We do this in accordance with our accredited quality assurance procedures (ISO 9001:2000).
We also carry out other forms of consultation, including questionnaires and telephone surveys on particular areas of our services on an ad-hoc basis or for particular projects.
