We work with our partners in the following areas:
The Department of Health’s white paper – 'choosing health: making healthier choices easier' was launched in November 2004 and provides a framework for local authorities and other agencies to work from. It sets the following priorities as action areas:
- smoking
- accidents
- obesity
- diet & nutrition
- sexual health
- mental health
- alcohol
- substance misuse
- physical activity
- inequalities in health
