Pest control contractors will respond to enquiries and requests for help. The team can help in identifying the particular animal or insect and either arrange for a treatment to be carried out or advise on what steps can be taken to resolve the problem.
All advice is given free of charge. The services for the rats, mice and insects offered by the Division's contractor are chargeable, with reduced rates if you are on a recognised low income benefit.
