Health and safety enforcement
The enforcement of Health and Safety is carried out mainly by two enforcing authorities, these are The Health and Safety Executive and Bromley Council. Each authority is responsible for different types of premises.

- residential care homes ( unless owned by the council)
Enforcement of heath and safety on the railway is enforced by the Office of the Rail Regulation.
