The following checklist should be used in conjunction with the useful supporting information – application for approval of details reserved by condition.

You may be required to produce a Design and Access Statement to accompany your application.  Further information on applying for planning permission and planning application forms is available here.

Please ensure you have met the following requirements before sending us your completed application form:  

There are NO NATIONAL REQUIREMENTS for applications for the approval of details reserved by condition except that they should be made in writing. However, you may submit the following:

• Completed form (4 copies to be supplied unless the application is submitted online via the Planning Portal website)
• A plan which identifies the land to which the application relates drawn to an identified scale and showing the direction of North (4 copies to be supplied unless the application is submitted online via the Planning Portal website)
• A copy of other plans and drawings or information necessary to describe the subject of the application (4 copies to be supplied unless the application is submitted online via the Planning Portal website)
