LDF - Statement of Community Involvement
The Statement of Community Involvement is a statutory document required under the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (2004). The Act introduced a number of changes to the planning system as part of the Government’s commitment to creating sustainable communities and delivering sustainable development.
