Our reception provides information, application and payment facilities relating to planning and engineering services.

You can view and respond to planning applications by visiting our reception area. You can also view planning applications online. You can inspect the Town Planning public register. There is information on-line about applying for planning permission which may answer your query without needing to visit our reception. Explanatory leaflets are also available to take away.

We provide information, application and payment facilities for the following: 

• town planning 
• building regulations 
• highway licences 
• disposal of large items 
• compost bins

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Please note, the last accepted enquiry is at 4.45pm, 15 minutes before closing time.
