Performance:

Every year the London District Surveyors Association (LDSA) compares the service standards and management systems of the Building Control Teams around London.  The benchmarking analysis shows that we are ranked 6th in London overall but first in London for the performance areas below:

First in London for:

• the percentage of decisions made within the statutory time limits,
• response times to letters and amendments; and
• number of site visits made per technical officer.

We have asked our customers what they think of the service we provide and 97% of customers are satisfied with the overall service provided.
