Planning guidance for prospective development proposals
We can give informal advice about the prospect of securing planning permission. Download and complete the relevant pre-planning application advice form, which is dependent on the scale of the proposal.
Download the 'minor' applications form, which broadly covers residential proposals of less than 10 units (or 0.5 hectares) or other major developments less than 1000m² (or 1 hectare).
Download the 'major' applications form, which broadly covers residential proposals of more than 10 units (or 0.5 hectares) or other major developments more than 1000m² (or 1 hectare).
