Following the Public Local Inquiry into objections to the Council's revised Unitary Development Plan (UDP) in 2004, the Council received a full report from the Inspector on the consideration of the objections. A copy of the report can be viewed on-line.
Details
The Inspector’s Report was published in 2005. Copies are still available for inspection in all of Bromley’s libraries, Upper Norwood Library and the Main Reception and Planning Reception at the Civic Centre. The Full Inspector's Report can also be viewed on-line.
The Draft Interim report dealing with the Housing and Green Belt and Open Space Chapters of the Plan published in 2004 should be disregarded.
