You can have your home insulated for as little as £94.50 for cavity wall insulation and £105 for loft insulation. These prices are based on the average three bed semi-detached house with no existing insulation. If you are over 70 years of age, you can have loft and cavity wall insulation installed free of charge.

Eligibility

All customers can take advantage of the special offers. However, those in receipt of certain benefits or over 70 years of age maybe eligible for 100% grant.

Details

London Warm Zone is a not for profit organisation working in partnership with us to bring you low cost loft and cavity wall insulation. We have made it easy for you  to make energy efficiency home improvements that will save you money and reduce the effects of climate change.

The loft and cavity wall insulation is supplied and fitted by London Warm Zone's contractor Osborne Energy. The contractors all carry identity cards and if you have any doubts, call the London Warm Zone hotline.

The funding for the scheme is provided by EDF Energy.

*Prices include VAT at 5% and full installation. Costs are based on non-insulated lofts, prices may vary for lofts that are part insulated. Cavity wall insulation is subject to survey and prices are based on properties built pre-1976.
