Extra Care Housing is run by Bromley Council's Adults and Community Services Department in partnership with Broomleigh Housing Association and Kelsey Housing Association. It provides bedsit, studio and some one and two-bedroom accommodation for people who are no longer able to live in their own home even with support, but who do not need the level of help given by a care home.
