The main purpose of the agency is to assist the grant applicant through all stages of the grant process. We will:

  • assist in completing all the necessary forms;
  • assist in obtaining all the information and documents to complete your application;
  • provide a detailed schedule of works;
  • obtain estimates from our list of contractors (usually we will obtain three) - or you may use your own contractors;
  • instruct the contractor to start work at your convenience;
  • liaise with any professional agent as necessary to ensure that all statutory requirements are fulfilled;
  • inspect works as they progress and authorise discretionary interim payments. Payments can be made directly to the contractor;
  • include in the grant any fee we may charge.
