Eligibility
You must be over 60 and in receipt of a means tested benefit to be considered for a grant. Advice is available to all residents over 60 years of age.
Details
We can offer help and advice on:
- deciding what repairs or adaptations you need to carry out;
- obtaining finance from a suitable source;
- Council grants and DSS benefits;
- finding a builder;
- completing the paperwork.
We can also offer support whilst the work is being carried out.
