Social HomeBuy is a new scheme that enables public-sector tenants to buy their housing association or council home on a part-buy, part-rent, basis receiving a discount on the initial purchase price.
Eligibility criteria are set on a local level by your landlord. It is not a statutory scheme and only Broomleigh Housing Association will be offering this assistance in 2006 - 2008.
