The Housing Strategy Team leads the partnership work to produce the Borough’s Housing Strategy. The strategy identifies priorities for housing and homelessness in Bromley through a set of sub-strategies. Each of these strategies gives an in-depth view to the local need and priorities and also link to National, regional and sub-regional policies. The Council’s Sustainable Community Strategy - ‘Building a Better Bromley 2020 Vision’ creates the vehicle to drive improvements to the economic, social and environmental well-being and health of people who live and work in Bromley. It also sets out a realistic pathway for future housing provision within the Borough.
