The role of the core strategy group is to oversee the supporting people team and the development of the supporting people programme.
The core strategy group is responsible for identifying both strategic priorities for the supporting people programme and opportunities to commission new supporting people services.
It also has responsibility for ensuring that full and effective consultation with all key stakeholders informs the supporting people decision making process.
