The QAF is a self assessment audit that you will be expected to submit to us on an annual basis.
- Supporting people performance indicators
These are quarterly returns to be submitted by the 15th of the first month following the end of each quarter.

- The Value for Money Workbook (VFM)
The VFM workbook will help us to gather more information on the current spending and income for each service. It will be used as part of the contracts monitoring process to help us to determine VFM and to enable the Supporting People Team to come to informed conclusions concerning the overall monitoring of this sector.
The VFM assessment is one aspect of Supporting People contracts monitoring, and will be viewed in conjunction with contract performance, service outcomes, the QAF and the contribution it makes to the Supporting People Strategy.
A VFM work book should be completed for each service. This is necessary to enable the PI information that is collected by service to be used in the VFM calculations.
