Annual monitoring reports and five year housing supply
The annual monitoring reports (also BTCAAP017) are appraisals of how well the Local Development Framework (LDF) policies are working. They are also the means for reporting core indicators set by Central Government. The reports will be used to monitor the effectiveness of policies and will help to show where changes are needed. They are submitted to the Department for Communities and Local Government on or before 31 December every year.
The Housing Trajectories published by the council up to 2010-11 were replaced by a paper setting out the ‘Five year supply of deliverable land for housing’. The most recent paper was agreed by the council in November 2016. The paper was considered by the Development Control Committee on 24 November 2016. View committee documents.
