Applying for a school place

Applications to Bullers Wood School for Boys - What should parents do?

  • All parents who applied through Bromley School Admissions system will receive an offer of a school place.
  • If parents also applied for Bullers Wood School for Boys, they will receive an offer from Bullers Wood School for Boys School for their son. If they do not receive an offer they will remain on the waiting list.
  • If parents are in receipt of two offers, that is to say one from their Local Authority and one from Bullers Wood Boys School, they will need to decide which of these offers they wish to accept and decline the other.
  • Some (but not all) parents may receive a higher preference offer than the one they receive on 1 March as a consequence of the new places at Bullers Wood School for Boys being introduced, even if they didn’t apply for the school, when places are made available by successful Bullers Wood School for Boys applicants who no longer need them.

The application closing date for places in September 2018 was 31 October 2017. If you have missed this deadline please contact the Schools Admissions Team immediately for further advice.
