Bromley Well - services for carers
Introducing Bromley Well
A new carers service called Bromley Well is starting in October 2017 to support residents to remain independent. Bromley Well brings together a variety of individual support services in a partnership of voluntary organisations from across Bromley’s Third Sector, with joint funding from the council and the Bromley NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
Bromley Council and CCG believe that carers support services play an important role in helping local people provide vital caring roles in our community. Bromley Well brings together a variety of individual support services in a partnership of voluntary organisations from across Bromley’s Third Sector.
Existing service users have been contacted by letter to explain how the new services work, with funding for carer’s services continuing. There will be the same level of provision for carers as previously. There are two separate letters which outline the ongoing services for adult and young carers. A copy of each of the letters is available for reference.
If you are an existing service user and have not received your letter, or would like to get in touch about the new services, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 0300 3309 039.
