The database contains information on many hundreds of vacant properties for sale or lease, with details submitted by those commercial property agents most active in the borough.

Please note that the database does not include council owned commercial property, so don't forget to check the council properties for sale and to let too.

Since the database was launched, thousands of companies and individuals have used the database to find commercial properties in Bromley and eight other South London boroughs.  If you have vacant commercial properties on your books located in the boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Sutton or Wandsworth, and you are not submitting details to the commercial property database, then you are missing out on a valuable marketing opportunity!
