If you don't want to make a formal complaint but simply want to let us know about a non-urgent issue that needs rectifying or investigation you may be able to report it online.
Alternatively the quick and easy way to tell us more specifically what you think about the way we have provided our services is to use our complaints, comments and suggestions form.
We aim to investigate complaints as efficiently and fairly as possible in line with our procedures.
Please note, certain areas of the council have specific statutory procedures and response times for dealing with complaints or appeals.
