About our parking live chat service
Our parking live chat service allows you to get in touch with us using instant messaging. A link has been added to specific parking web pages where we feel our assistance may be helpful.
We aim to provide immediate support to:
- help you find specific parking information on our website,
- answer a general parking enquiry, or
- to complete a parking related online transaction.
Although we will answer enquiries as quickly as possible through parking live chat, some may take longer than others. Our staff will inform you of any delay, but feel free to prompt them.
If we believe we have given a satisfactory answer to your query and we receive no further questions from you, we will end a parking live chat session after 5 minutes. If the query requires your consideration and we receive no further questions from you, we will end the session after 10 minutes. In all cases, we will end a parking a live chat session after 10 minutes of inactivity.
More detailed parking enquiries or those that relate to Penalty Charge Notices cannot be addressed through parking live chat. Please use the appropriate links below:
We aim to make parking live chat available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If the service is unavailable at any time, the link will not appear on any of our web pages.
We will store parking live chat exchanges for a period of 7 days.
