Paying for parking by mobile phone
Paying to park with RingGo
Once registered, RingGo recognises your mobile number and retrieves your information. When you pay you need to provide:
- your three digit security code (on the back of your credit/debit card)
- current location (the unique 4/5 digit code on signs at the parking location)
- the length of time you wish to park for.

How much does RingGo cost?
There is a convenience charge of 20p per parking session on top of the normal parking tariff.
Call charges will be at the standard rate agreed with your mobile phone operator. There is a 10p charge for confirmation texts (if using text to park) and for optional confirmation messages and reminder texts.
You can obtain a VAT receipt online and can opt to receive one automatically (add your email address in the settings menu).
