Bromley Town Centre Area Action Plan

Specific UDP designations and associated policies replaced by the Bromley Town Centre AAP

Since the adoption of the Bromley Town Centre Area Action Plan (AAP) in 2010, some of the designations and policies in the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) no longer apply, details are as follows:

Proposal Sites (UDP) and Opportunity Sites (AAP)

Proposals sites 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 defined on the UDP Proposals Map are replaced by those shown on the AAP Key Diagram. Similarly, the details associated with these sites set out in the Schedule of Proposals Sites (Chapter 16 of the UDP Written Statement) are no longer applicable.

(It should be noted that apart from these six sites which fall within the Bromley AAP boundary, all other UDP Proposal Sites are still applicable).
